I am a Doctor of Chiropractic with Certification in Acupuncture, a Diplomat of the American Clinical Nutrition Board, and a Certified Clinical Nutritionist with a masters degree and over 20 years experience. My special passion is food and nutrition.
My journey began 22 years ago with illness. A new diet, mostly of plant based raw and living foods, an exercise program and change in attitude lead me to experience a level of health and vibrancy never before known. I subsequently obtained degrees in chiropractic and nutrition, to fulfill my dream of guiding people towards the lifestyle and diet changes needed to support their health. Later I added acupuncture, herbal medicine, and HeartMath® coaching. I love teaching living foods classes because it is exciting to share healthy foods that are so delicious.
One on one and in groups, I teach the role of diet, thoughts, attitude, movement, chemical exposures and energy on the level of health experienced. I am also available for one-on-one coaching sessions, consultations, private classes, and home visits to help with kitchen setup and meal preparation.
